Callala Beach Front - terms & conditions

Deal direct with the owners, no agents here!

• Our accommodation pricing covers up to a maximum of 9 guests comfortably.
• Minimum bookings of 2 nights.
• All 3-day and 4-day Public Holiday weekends minimum of 3 or 4 nights respectively
• Christmas School Holidays are very popular so be sure to book early.
• Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply.
• Lease agreement is to be signed prior to your stay.
• Spa is only available during winter months.

BOND
We will require $300-$500 bond depending on the timing and length of your stay.

DEPOSIT
To secure the beach house, a 50% DEPOSIT is required.

CLEANING
For groups over 5 and stays over 3 or more nights the cost is $150 per stay.

LINEN
We supply doonas & pillows. You need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

CHECK IN
Check in times will be confirmed with each booking.
As a general rule: Check in 2pm, check out 10.00am.
